With over 25 years of experience, Su is dedicated to understanding people’s values and beliefs about issues that matter to them including transportation, healthy living and disease prevention, and education. Su believes strongly in community involvement and is dedicated to developing young leaders to increase diversity and equity in corporate leadership. She serves on the boards of the Oregon Community Foundation and the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry. She received an Orchid Award from the Portland Business Journal for her achievements as one of the region’s most influential business women. Su received a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Tennessee and is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business Executive Program on Finance and Operations.
