REBECCA BALLRebecca has over 4 years of experience in all phases of public opinion research. Rebecca assists DHM Research partners with fielding administration and quality control, project flow, focus group moderating, qualitative and quantitative analysis and reporting, and preparing visual and interactive presentations.
Rebecca has been involved in key projects for the City of Portland, Metro (Oregon), Sealaska Corporation, Clackamas County, Oregon, Portland Public Schools (PPS), and Whatcom County, Washington. She has moderated focus groups on a range of topics including planning for future water supplies for the Hillsboro Water Department, health care priorities for Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) and assessing 13 to 17 year olds’ values for high school redesign for Portland Public Schools (PPS) and parks and recreation for the City of Covington, Washington.
Rebecca holds a Masters in Urban Studies (M.U.S) with an emphasis in Community Development from the School of Urban Studies and Planning at Portland State University. She received her undergraduate degree from PSU in History and English Literature. She previously worked as a project manager for a market research company in Portland, and as an English Assistant in a French high school in Rouen, France.
